Role Overview: This is a full-time Inpatient RN position offering a competitive minimum salary and up to $24,000 hiring incentive. The role involves coordinating and supervising nursing care on an assigned unit, ensuring high-quality, safe, and cost-effective patient care, and promoting patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care and supervise assigned staff, including onboarding new employees.
- Conduct performance evaluations, monitor attendance, manage supplies, and coordinate staffing.
- Address performance issues, communicate care and operational updates, and participate in policy development.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, facilitate evidence-based practices, and mentor staff.
- Handle patient and family concerns, document incidents, and support a positive work environment aligned with Magnet principles.
- Assist in unit management tasks, including resource utilization and incident follow-up.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of a Specialty Nursing Program, enrollment in or possession of a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
