Role Overview: The Inpatient Registered Nurse in the Central Region Float Pool provides comprehensive patient care across multiple facilities, addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs.
Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer treatments and medications, evaluate intervention outcomes, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshoot equipment issues, participate in evidence-based practice decisions, and contribute to quality and safety initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of a Specialty Training Program, with the ability to float between locations. Strong critical thinking, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills are essential.
Key Duties: Ensuring patient safety, providing direct care, educating patients and families, and engaging in unit and organizational improvement activities.
The role requires flexibility for rotating day/night shifts, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on delivering high-quality, compassionate care in a clinical environment.
