Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse in a fast-paced, advanced acute care unit.
Responsibilities: Assess, plan, and evaluate patient care; provide treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures; coordinate interdisciplinary care; promote safety, patient satisfaction, and family involvement; and participate in quality improvement and safety initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or equivalent required; specialty training preferred. Ability to perform assessments, deliver direct patient care, collaborate effectively with healthcare team, troubleshoot equipment, and adhere to policies. Strong communication, compassion, teamwork, and critical thinking skills are essential.
Key Duties: Formulate care plans, evaluate interventions, address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, and participate in decision-making. Contribute to a supportive, safe, and quality-focused environment aligned with organizational standards.
