Registered Nurse – Neuroscience ICU

Role Overview: This full-time Inpatient RN position involves assessing, planning, and delivering comprehensive nursing care in a clinical environment. Responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, and coordinating interdisciplinary care plans. The RN provides direct treatments, medications, and diagnostic tests, evaluates intervention outcomes, and collaborates proactively with physicians and staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Active participation in patient safety, quality improvement, and evidence-based practice is essential. The role emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care and professional development within a shared governance model.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate from Specialty Training Program-Nursing (Required)
  • Ability to critically think and make quick decisions under stress
