Role Overview: This is a full-time Inpatient RN position on a 30-bed advanced acute care unit, providing care for primarily medical patients with backup for trauma, neuro, and surgical cases. The role involves assessing, planning, and delivering comprehensive nursing care, including treatments, medications, and diagnostics, while promoting patient safety, satisfaction, and family support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform assessments and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
- Address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families.
- Provide direct patient care, evaluate intervention effectiveness, and adjust plans accordingly.
- Coordinate care, communicate proactively with physicians and staff, and participate in decision-making.
- Engage in quality improvement, safety initiatives, and evidence-based practices.
- Actively contribute as a team member to meet unit and organizational goals.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a nursing specialty training program is required. Candidates should demonstrate compassionate care, strong clinical judgment, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
