Caregiver Role at Sunrise Senior Living

As a Caregiver, you will provide hands-on support to residents, assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.

You will follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP), document changes, and promote safety, dignity, and independence for residents. Engaging residents through conversation and activities, supporting dining services, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment are key responsibilities.

In memory care, you will create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss. Effective communication with families and care team leaders is essential.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 18+ age, CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain it, along with compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.
