Lead Caregiver

Role Overview: As a Lead Caregiver, you serve as a shift leader responsible for delivering exceptional resident care, coaching team members, and ensuring smooth shift operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage shift assignments, attendance, and coverage coordination
• Provide hands-on assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) as needed
• Coach caregivers on quality standards, hospitality, and documentation
• Review charting to ensure alignment with Individualized Service Plans (ISP)
• Monitor resident changes and communicate concerns promptly
• Support onboarding and mentor new team members
• Promote safety, compliance, and effective shift transitions

Qualifications & Skills:

• High School Diploma/GED, age 18+
• CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certifications
• Strong communication, delegation, and decision-making skills
• Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care
