Care Manager

Role Overview

The Caregiver provides hands-on support to seniors, promoting their safety, dignity, and independence while building meaningful relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
  • Follow and document updates to Individualized Service Plans (ISP)
  • Encourage safety and independence while engaging residents in conversations and daily activities
  • Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
  • Communicate effectively with residents’ families and care team members
  • In Memory Care settings, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High School Diploma or GED; age 18+
  • CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
  • Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
