Role Overview: This position involves coordinating patient care, managing personnel, maintaining and purchasing equipment, and overseeing departmental operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Hiring, training, assigning work, evaluating performance, and supporting staff development.
- Participating in staffing, budgeting, and responding to operational changes to meet financial goals.
- Providing patient care based on assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans, ensuring documentation compliance.
- Developing collaborative care plans aligned with medical interventions.
- Managing staff productivity, approving payroll, conducting performance reviews, and handling disciplinary actions.
- Ensuring departmental goals are met through effective staff management and operational oversight.
Qualifications:
- Licensed RN with a Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience; supervisory experience is a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
