Role Overview:
Seeking a full-time Physical Therapist with hands-on treatment experience in an outpatient multidisciplinary setting. The role involves providing skilled physical therapy evaluations and treatments for patients with various impairments affecting function or causing pain. Responsibilities include developing treatment plans, delivering direct care, educating patients and collaborating with healthcare teams, delegating tasks to assistants and students, and ensuring accurate documentation. The therapist will also conduct assessments, re-evaluations, and consultations as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy
- Valid Physical Therapist License
- Experience not required, but preferred qualifications include a Master’s Degree
Key Duties:
- Establish and implement individualized treatment plans
- Coordinate and communicate with patients, families, and healthcare providers
- Delegate interventions appropriately based on skill levels
- Complete all required documentation
- Provide assessments, re-assessments, and consultations
