Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for delivering comprehensive patient care in a clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform assessments, develop, coordinate, and implement individualized care plans adhering to unit standards.
- Address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families throughout hospitalization.
- Provide direct care including treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures, and evaluate intervention effectiveness.
- Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, and ancillary staff to meet patient needs.
- Problem-solve and troubleshoot equipment issues, participate in evidence-based practice decision-making.
- Contribute to quality and safety initiatives, participate in patient education, and support organizational goals.
- Ensure patient and family satisfaction through compassionate interactions and coordination of care.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing (required); Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred).
- Ability to perform assessments, plan, organize, and evaluate nursing activities effectively.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to safety, quality improvement, and patient-centered care.
