Qualifications & Skills: Enrolled in a BSN program with at least 2 years of experience; strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; knowledge of nursing policies, regulations, and patient care standards; ability to mentor and supervise staff; commitment to excellence, safety, and patient satisfaction.
