Registered Nurse – Advanced Acute Care Surgical Trauma Unit

Role: Full-time Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for delivering patient care, assessments, planning, and evaluation in accordance with state nursing standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care including treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures.
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs.
  • Coordinate and implement patient education, discharge planning, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Evaluate intervention effectiveness, modify care plans, and promote teamwork through delegation and communication.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, safety programs, and evidence-based practice activities.
  • Support hospital safety measures and contribute to unit and organizational goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing.
  • Ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care.
  • Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Commitment to patient safety, quality care, and continuous learning.
