Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist

Role: Provides anesthesia care in a surgical setting under supervision, including preoperative evaluation and postoperative follow-up. Acts as a patient advocate and liaison among patients, families, and physicians.


Responsibilities: Administer anesthesia for a variety of procedures in a Level I Trauma Center with support across multiple non-OR sites such as GI, Pulm, Cath/EP lab, IR, OB, and MRI. Support a diverse patient demographic, including pediatric and adult cases, excluding heart/lung transplants and burns. Collaborate with a team of specialists and subspecialists to ensure comprehensive patient care.


Qualifications & Skills: Master’s Degree in Nursing (required). Ability to practice in a high-acuity environment, with strong communication and patient advocacy skills. Support for SRNAs is provided.


Key Duties: Deliver anesthesia in a busy hospital with extensive case variety, support non-OR anesthesia sites, and engage in pre- and post-operative patient management. Contribute to a team committed to excellence, safety, and innovation in patient care.
