Role Overview

Seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Medication Nurse responsible for providing safe and accurate medication administration, health monitoring, and clinical documentation in a senior living environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders, following the Six Rights of Medication Administration
• Document accurately in MAR/TAR in real-time and transcribe physician orders
• Monitor residents for symptoms, adverse reactions, and health changes
• Report refusals, reactions, or physical, emotional, or cognitive changes promptly
• Conduct Service & Health Updates (SHUs) and support care plan updates
• Maintain medication carts, complete narcotic counts, and ensure compliance with regulations

Qualifications & Skills:

• Active LPN license in good standing
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Strong assessment and documentation skills
• Experience in senior care or medication administration preferred
