Role Overview

The Caregiver provides hands-on support to residents, helping with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, while following individualized care plans and documenting changes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents in promoting safety, dignity, and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities to foster meaningful relationships.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care team members.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.
