Role Overview

The Caregiver provides hands-on support to senior residents, enhancing their quality of life through personal care and meaningful engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Follow and document updates to Individualized Service Plans (ISP).
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence for residents.
• Engage residents through conversation and participation in daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with residents’ families and care team members.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED; age 18+
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.
