Role Overview
As a Caregiver, your primary responsibility is to provide compassionate, hands-on support to residents, promoting their safety, dignity, and independence. You will assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, following Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and documenting any changes. Engaging residents through conversation and activities is key, as well as supporting dining services and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. In Memory Care, creating enriching experiences for residents with memory loss is essential.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
- CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
- Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
