Role Overview

The caregiver provides hands-on support to seniors, promoting quality of life through assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow individualized service plans (ISP) and document any changes
• Ensure safety, dignity, and independence of residents
• Engage residents in conversation and daily activities to foster meaningful connections
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
• Communicate effectively with families and care team members
• Create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss in Memory Care settings

Qualifications & Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED; age 18+
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
• Demonstrates compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
