Role: Manager in Healthcare AI Revenue Cycle Management within the Provider Modernization Practice, focusing on improving healthcare revenue cycle operations using AI technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Assess provider organization capabilities across clinical, billing, and front-end/back-end functions through observations, interviews, data analysis, and process mapping.
- Leverage AI tools such as EHR, CRM, process automation, and analytics to enhance revenue cycle and patient access functions.
- Design or optimize business processes by integrating AI solutions like RPA/IA, adapting methodologies to complex healthcare environments.
- Manage program and project activities, including preparing work papers, briefings, status reports, and risk logs for healthcare clients.
- Conduct research, data collection, analysis, and synthesis to support project deliverables and client presentations.
- Lead internal teams, mentor staff, and oversee performance management for associates.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum five years of consulting experience in operations improvement, systems integration, or related industry roles, with at least two years of supervisory experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, MIS, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Proven experience applying AI tools across healthcare revenue cycle functions, including financial clearance, scheduling, billing, and patient access.
- Strong analytical skills, proficiency with large data sets, and experience with analytics and visualization tools.
- Deep understanding of AI applications in scheduling, clinical documentation, care coordination, analytics, and patient experience initiatives.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
