We are seeking a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care within a patient-centered environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in collaboration with the care team Monitoring patient conditions and adjusting care plans accordingly Serving as a patient advocate, addressing concerns, and educating patients and families Documenting assessments, care delivery, and incident reports accurately Participating in performance improvement initiatives and supporting organizational goals Mentoring fellow nurses and contributing to a positive work environment Qualifications and Skills: Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing Current RN license and BLS certification Experience with direct patient care preferred Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills Additional duties include: Supporting professional growth, maintaining compliance with policies, and participating in shared governance activities.
