Role Overview:
The Registered Nurse provides high-quality nursing care by collaborating with the patient care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs. They serve as a key communicator between patients, families, providers, and staff, ensuring patient safety, comfort, and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions; assist with care planning and deliver care as outlined, applying independent judgment.
- Coordinate patient flow, prioritize care, and document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately.
- Advocate for patients by addressing concerns, providing education, and communicating with families and team members.
- Support performance improvement initiatives and contribute ideas for enhancing patient outcomes and staff satisfaction.
- Maintain professional competence through ongoing training, certifications, and participation in professional organizations.
- Foster professional growth in others via mentorship and uphold confidentiality, safety, and ethical standards.
- Minimum of an Associate, Bachelor’s, or Master’s Nursing degree (preferred).
- Valid RN license (multi-state or single state) and BLS certification upon hire.
- Ability to work collaboratively, demonstrate professionalism, and adapt to a dynamic healthcare environment.
