Role Overview:
Provides direct patient care activities, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, within established nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care by educating on illness management, medication administration, and post-treatment needs. Collaborates with the healthcare team to develop, implement, and document individualized care plans, ensuring effective communication across the continuum of care. Qualifications & Skills:
- Required: Nursing Diploma/Associate’s Degree, RN license.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and 2+ years of experience.
- Experience is not mandatory but previous experience is preferred.
