Role Overview
We are seeking a Graduate Nurse responsible for providing direct patient care including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, following the completion of a nursing program. The role involves educating patients and families on managing illnesses, using critical thinking to assess psychosocial and emotional needs, developing individualized care plans collaboratively, and evaluating patient responses to care. The nurse participates in safety and quality initiatives and engages in professional development. This is a safety-sensitive position requiring alertness and adherence to safety protocols.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience or advanced training in nursing specialties such as Critical Care, Emergency & Trauma, Women’s Health, Cardiac Telemetry, Medical Telemetry, or other units listed.
