Role Overview:
Seeking an ICU Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care in a 12-bed medical/surgical intensive care unit. The nurse will assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care activities, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include promoting patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, developing and documenting individualized care plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team. The role requires critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values and cultural considerations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Nursing Diploma/Associate’s Degree (RN license required)
- Open to all experience levels, including new graduates
- Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and at least 2 years of experience
- Ability to work safely and maintain alertness in a safety-sensitive environment
