As an Inpatient RN, you will assess, plan, and deliver comprehensive patient care, addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, formulating care plans, administering treatments and medications, and evaluating patient responses. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes, participate in quality and safety initiatives, and contribute to a positive patient and family experience.
Key qualifications include graduation from a nursing specialty program and the ability to provide compassionate, evidence-based care. Skills required involve strong assessment, communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities. The role involves working in a telemetry-enabled environment, with a focus on complex medical diagnoses such as pneumonia, COPD, cardiac, renal, GI conditions, and postoperative care.
