Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for delivering compassionate, high-quality patient care in a clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, develop and coordinate individualized care plans, provide treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures, and evaluate patient responses. Collaborate proactively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Participate in unit-based decision-making, quality improvement initiatives, and safety programs. Maintain effective communication with patients and families, addressing their physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs. Troubleshoot equipment issues and adhere to policies and standards to ensure safe, efficient care.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of a Specialty Training Program in Nursing; Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Demonstrates strong assessment, critical thinking, teamwork, and communication skills. Committed to patient safety, quality care, and continuous learning.
