Role Overview: Provides comprehensive inpatient nursing care, assessing patients, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and coordinating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete patient assessments within scope of practice and standards.
- Address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families.
- Formulate and coordinate care plans, including education, discharge planning, and family support.
- Deliver direct patient care such as treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures.
- Evaluate intervention effectiveness and revise care plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with physicians and team members to resolve patient needs proactively.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and participate in evidence-based practice decisions.
- Contribute to quality and safety initiatives through active participation and accountability.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate of a Specialty Training Program in Nursing; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
