Role Overview: The Clinical Team Coordinator Registered Nurse (RN) supervises nursing care on their assigned unit, ensuring delivery of high-quality, safe, and cost-effective patient care. They coordinate and support staff, facilitate improvements, and promote patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care and supervise personnel, assist with staff orientation and performance evaluations, manage scheduling and supplies, and address performance issues. They communicate care activities and policies, support evidence-based practices, mentor staff, and ensure regulatory compliance. Additionally, they handle patient and family concerns, participate in policy development, and assist in incident follow-up and documentation.
Qualifications & Skills: Enrollment in or completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or Specialty Training Program. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a commitment to professional growth and patient-centered care.
Work Environment & Schedule: Typically performed in a clinical setting, with hours from 7 pm to 7:30 am, including every other weekend and holiday rotations.
