Role: MRI Technologist I, with potential consideration for higher levels, responsible for performing magnetic resonance imaging procedures to assist in diagnosis, therapy, or research.
Responsibilities: Ensure proper patient identification and preparation, utilize appropriate imaging protocols, evaluate image quality, and verify data transfer. Prepare and administer medications as prescribed, assist with interventional procedures, and educate staff and students. Apply safety principles to minimize risks and participate in quality improvement activities.
Qualifications & Skills: Certified by ARRT (MR), ARMRIT, or NMTCB (MR), with a graduate degree in Radiologic Technology (preferred). Ability to operate MRI equipment, evaluate images, and adhere to safety standards. Strong commitment to patient care, safety, and organizational priorities.
