Role: Provides patient-centered nursing care in a clinical setting, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing activities to meet patient needs. Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, addresses physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, and ensures a positive patient and family experience.
Responsibilities:
- Conducts assessments and develops individualized care plans including patient education and discharge planning.
- Delivers direct care such as treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures following policies.
- Evaluates intervention effectiveness and adjusts care plans accordingly.
- Coordinates with physicians and healthcare staff to resolve patient needs and troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Participates in evidence-based practice decision-making and quality/safety initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to provide compassionate care and prioritize safety.
