Role Overview: Provides inpatient nursing care, assessments, and care planning in a clinical setting. Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to address patients’ physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs. Delivers direct patient care, including treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures, while evaluating and adjusting care plans based on patient responses.
