Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for assessing, planning, delivering, and evaluating patient care to ensure safety, satisfaction, and optimal health outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
- Provide direct patient care, including treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures.
- Evaluate and adjust nursing interventions based on patient responses.
- Coordinate care, discharge planning, and patient/family education to promote understanding and engagement.
- Collaborate with physicians and staff to address patient needs proactively.
- Participate in quality improvement, safety programs, and evidence-based practice initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with policies, procedures, and scope of practice standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing (required).
- Ability to perform comprehensive assessments and address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
- Experience with direct patient care and interdisciplinary collaboration.
