Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for assessing, planning, delivering, and evaluating patient care to ensure safety, satisfaction, and optimal health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
- Provide direct patient care including treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures.
- Address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families.
- Coordinate discharge planning and patient education to promote recovery and safety.
- Evaluate effectiveness of interventions and revise care plans accordingly.
- Collaborate proactively with physicians and staff to resolve patient needs.
- Participate in unit-based decision-making, safety programs, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and uphold evidence-based practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate from a Specialty Training Program (required); Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred).
- Demonstrates compassionate care, strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to problem-solve, troubleshoot, and adapt interventions.
