Qualifications include:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT); candidates before 2015 may have relevant education standards
Preferred experience:
- At least one year of clinical experience
Certification and licensure requirements:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days
- Licensed Physical Therapist by the relevant state board
- Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) certification
