Role Overview
Develops and executes speech therapy treatment plans for patients across all ages, from neonates to geriatrics, in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement evidence-based speech therapy programs tailored to individual patient needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain documentation of treatment progress and outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills
- Educational requirements include a high school diploma or GED, a related bachelor’s degree, and a master’s in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Preferred experience includes one year in speech therapy and home health settings.
- Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist with practice authorization in the state; BLS certification (must be obtained within 90 days); valid Texas driver’s license; auto insurance.
