Role: Registered Nurse providing high-quality nursing care in a patient-centered environment.
Responsibilities: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring safety and effectiveness. Collaborate with the care team, prioritize patient needs, and communicate care plans. Qualifications & Skills: Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred. Valid RN license (single state or multi-state compact) with all certifications, including BLS, required upon hire. Experience with direct patient care is preferred. Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills. Commitment to professional development and quality improvement.
