Role Overview: The position involves leading healthcare transformation initiatives within a consulting environment, focusing on payer modernization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, sell, and deliver technology-enabled healthcare strategies and transformation services.
- Lead high-performing teams across process, technology, and analytics disciplines.
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of payer, provider, or PBM operations as a subject matter expert.
- Support business growth through relationship building and project proposals.
- Ensure quality delivery via project management, budget oversight, and issue resolution.
- Contribute to thought leadership and service offerings development.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of eight years’ consulting or executive experience in the health payer industry, with a solid understanding of healthcare reform, value-based care, medical management, and operational efficiency.
- Master’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Experience leading large transformation projects, managing complex budgets, stakeholder engagement, and regulatory issues.
- Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively and authorized to work without sponsorship.
