Role: Caregiver at a senior living community, dedicated to enhancing residents’ quality of life through compassionate support and relationship building.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
- Following and documenting changes in Individualized Service Plans (ISP)
- Promoting safety, dignity, and independence for residents
- Engaging residents through conversation and daily activities
- Supporting dining services and maintaining a welcoming, clean environment
- Communicating effectively with families and care team members
- Creating enriching experiences for residents, especially with memory loss in Memory Care
Qualifications & Skills:
- High School Diploma or GED; age 18+
- CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
- Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
