Role: The RN Clinical Nurse is a proactive team member providing high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care in a clinical environment guided by evidence-based practices and organizational models. They collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, coordinate care, and advocate for patients and their families, ensuring individual needs and cultural diversity are respected.
Responsibilities: Perform the nursing process, promote relationship-based care, and partner with patients to set and achieve health goals. Demonstrate teamwork through effective communication, documentation, and participation in quality improvement activities. Support professional development by mentoring and maintaining competencies. Advocate for evidence-based practice, participate in research, and uphold organizational policies and safety standards. Qualifications & Skills: Requires an associate’s or bachelor’s nursing degree, an active RN license (single-state or multi-state compact), and BLS certification. A minimum of 5 years of RN experience, with direct patient care preferred. Must have strong interpersonal, communication, critical thinking, and time management skills. Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings and respond effectively to emergencies using a respectful and decisive approach. Proficiency in technology and basic computer skills are essential.
