Role Summary: The Registered Nurse provides high-quality nursing care by collaborating with the patient care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs. They serve as a key liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring patient safety, satisfaction, and advocacy. The role involves participating in performance improvement initiatives, maintaining professional competence, and supporting Shared Governance activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions, contributing to care plans and promoting optimal outcomes.
- Deliver safe, effective care according to policies, with appropriate documentation of assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
- Advocate for patients by addressing concerns, educating families, and ensuring patient-centered care.
- Support quality improvement efforts by suggesting process enhancements and participating in initiatives to improve patient and staff satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Associates, Bachelors, or Masters in Nursing (preferred).
- Current RN licensure (multi-state or single-state) and BLS certification required.
