Role Overview: The Registered Nurse provides high-quality nursing services by collaborating with the patient care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Serving as a key intermediary, the nurse advocates for patients and families, ensuring safety, confidentiality, and adherence to professional standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions; assist with care planning and take appropriate actions to promote patient outcomes.
- Deliver care as per the care plan, prioritizing patient needs, and documenting assessments, interventions, and incidents.
- Act as an educational resource, communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff, and support patient-centered care to enhance satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum education: Nursing diploma or associate degree; bachelor’s preferred.
- Required licenses: Valid RN license (single state or multi-state compact) and BLS certification.
