Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based nursing care from assessment to evaluation, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (required); BSN preferred.
- RN license (single or multi-state), BLS, and ACLS certifications required; national specialty certification preferred.
- Minimum of 2+ years recent Med Surg experience and proficiency with computer data entry; familiarity with Epic and 3M systems is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, critical thinking, and time management skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage clinical emergencies effectively.
- Comfort with Microsoft Office and basic technology tools.
