Role & Responsibilities:
Perform respiratory therapy procedures for patients with diverse needs and conditions. Supervise related positions as needed. Ensure patient care involves physical activities such as lifting, mobility, and assistance, with an emphasis on safety and infection control. Handle emergency situations and adapt to irregular hours. Use protective equipment and work in environments with potential exposure to infectious agents and chemicals. Maintain physical activity levels including sitting, standing, walking, bending, and twisting.
Qualifications & Skills:
Must demonstrate physical ability to perform essential duties, with or without accommodations. Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, and possessing strength, stamina, and mobility for frequent movement and patient support. Ability to see clearly with correction and hear with assistance. Be prepared to wear protective gear and work in potentially hazardous environments.
