Role: Caregiver responsible for providing hands-on support and building meaningful relationships with residents to enhance their quality of life.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
- Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document any changes.
- Promote safety, dignity, and independence for residents.
- Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
- Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
- Communicate effectively with families and care team members.
- In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory challenges.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High School Diploma or GED; age 18+
- CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain it.
- Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.
