Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide hands-on support and build meaningful relationships with residents, promoting their safety, dignity, and independence.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Following Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and documenting changes
• Engaging residents through conversation and activities
• Supporting dining services and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment
• Communicating effectively with families and care team members
• Creating enriching experiences for residents, especially in Memory Care settings

Qualifications and Skills:

• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
• CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
