The Wellness Nurse (RN) is responsible for overseeing resident health, ensuring high-quality and compliant care, and supporting clinical systems in a senior living environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and monitor resident health trends
- Oversee medication programs and ensure accurate documentation
- Coordinate care with families, physicians, and clinical teams
- Support infection control measures and regulatory compliance
- Lead clinical training and staff development initiatives
- Monitor incidents and implement quality improvements
Qualifications & Skills:
- Active RN license
- Experience in assisted living, hospital, or long-term care settings
- Strong clinical judgment and knowledge of regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
