Position Overview

We are seeking a Dining Server to deliver exceptional meal service in a senior living community. The role involves taking and accurately delivering food and beverage orders, assisting residents with menu selections, and maintaining a warm, welcoming dining environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide timely, professional meal service while creating positive resident interactions
• Assist with menu descriptions and resident selections
• Bus and reset tables according to community standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
• Complete side work, opening, and closing duties
• Attend pre-meal meetings for menu review
• Use community systems for order accuracy and meal delivery
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and infection control protocols

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong customer service skills with a hospitable attitude
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• Effective communication and teamwork skills

• Salary Range: $15.92 – $19.90
