Role: Full-time Clinical Triage Nurse specializing in Women’s Care/OBGYN, providing outpatient patient care in collaboration with providers and care teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement care plans to optimize health outcomes and promote wellness.
- Assess patients’ physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs using critical nursing skills.
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, documentation standards, and compliance guidelines.
- Support providers with patient management and documentation.
- Educate and support patients and families through verbal and written instructions, demonstrating problem-solving and critical thinking.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree in Nursing; RN licensure required.
- 2-5 years of clinical experience; preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing with 5-10 years of experience.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Experience in Women’s Care/OBGYN is preferred.
- Strong assessment, communication, and patient education skills.
