Role Overview:
Seeking a Sonographer to perform ultrasound imaging for diagnosis and treatment purposes, including abdominal, obstetrical, small parts, and vascular studies. The role involves ensuring equipment readiness, conducting imaging procedures independently, and documenting results accurately. May assist with needle procedures and perform portable or on-call exams as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure proper function of imaging equipment.
- Perform ultrasound examinations and document procedures thoroughly.
- Conduct studies independently; may perform exams at various locations, including on-call or portable settings.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Associate degree or trade school certification.
- RDMS or equivalent license required; RDCS or equivalent preferred.
- No prior experience required; 2+ years of experience and CPR certification preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, technical skills, and ability to work independently.
Additional Information: The role offers a sign-on bonus, with scheduled shifts of 12-hour days, three days per week, with no weekends.
